public class BirdsEyeViewWindow

The BirdsEyeViewWindow Class enables clients to use the Bird's Eye View API as a stand alone application. This class is a subclass of JFrame.

Constructor Detail

BirdsEyeViewWindow

public BirdsEyeViewWindow()

Constructor. The default view will be the initial display.

BirdsEyeViewWindow

public BirdsEyeViewWindow(int initialView,
                          java.lang.String algorithm)

Constructor. The initial Bird's Eye View will be the given view. If this is not a valid view ID then the default view will be shown.

main

public static void main(java.lang.String[] args)

This method will launch a window that displays the bird's eye view of the given experimental data. The argument is optional; it is the initial type of view (integers: 0=Cell, 1=Pathway, 2=GObioprocess, 3=GOmolecularfunction).

Parameters:

initialize

public void initialize(java.lang.String algorithm)
                throws BirdsEyeViewException

This method initializes the JFrame and the Bird's Eye View object.

Parameters:

dataFileName - Name of data file; If no file this equals "null"

Throws:

BirdsEyeViewException - Unable to initialize Bird's Eye View object
